About Nadia
Acupuncturist certified in traditional Chinese medicine, I practice in Caraquet, New Brunswick. Over the years, I have deepened my training in several complementary approaches in order to offer comprehensive care adapted to the needs of each patient.
My name is Nadia LaCroix, I am a certified acupuncturist practicing traditional Chinese medicine in the beautiful town of Caraquet, New Brunswick.
During my studies, I have always been fascinated by all the connections between body and mind as well as the innate power of holistic medicines.
Over the years, I have deepened my studies in a multitude of fields. Being multidisciplinary, I bring a balanced therapeutic approach to each treatment. In addition to acupuncture, I am certified in an impressive array of ancient and healthy forms of alternative medicine.

I am a reflexologist, I practice cupping and cupping glide massages, ear acupuncture including the NADA protocol for addictions, musical tuning fork therapy, guasha, moxa, acupressure massages, facial beauty rejuvenation cosmetic acupuncture, and I am also a reiki master.
I proudly graduated with honors and was valedictorian of my class. I love sharing my sincere love of traditional Chinese medicine and holistic health and have been a guest on many events, podcasts and TV shows. I collaborate every week with doctors, chiropractors, physiotherapists, osteopaths, massage therapists, psychologists and many others to ensure a comprehensive approach.
I love collaborating with passionate and dynamic people to advance an authentic and inspiring dialogue towards health and well-being.
I believe we all have a story to tell and it is our responsibility to write a masterpiece.
MISSION
I offer contemporary acupuncture, deeply rooted in the age-old wisdom of Chinese medicine and informed by current scientific knowledge.
I welcome each person, regardless of their age, background, identity or history, in a space designed to slow down, breathe and fully settle down. A place that is calm, elegant and reassuring, where listening is real, where time is respected, and where each treatment becomes an experience in itself.
Each treatment is tailor-made, with precision and intention.
Each needle is placed precisely, like a point of balance, a subtle opening towards well-being, a gesture that restarts the circulation of energy and life.
My practice aims to support a wide variety of conditions, both physical and emotional, from pain management to hormonal issues, from fertility to anxiety, including internal imbalances and life transitions.
I am committed to offering professional, confidential and deeply human care, combining the ancestral and the modern.
Because well-being is not limited to treatment, I also offer complementary experiences, guided sessions, workshops, rituals and reconnection spaces in clinics or in inspiring environments, in order to promote lasting transformation and a true return to oneself.
