Are you an organized and independent person? Do you like helping others and working in a calm, professional and caring atmosphere?
Nadia Lacroix Acupuncture is looking for an occasional part-time assistant to support the clinic during busier days, replacements or occasional needs.

Main responsibilities
• Greet customers gently and professionally
• Answer the phone and manage messages
• Help with appointment scheduling and basic questions
• Support the preparation of treatment spaces (cleanliness, atmosphere, light equipment)
• Perform some simple administrative tasks
• Provide a calm, efficient and attentive customer experience

Contractual assistant to Nadia LaCroix (already filled)

I would like to have an assistant to ensure that the clinic operates to its full potential. A dedicated person with attention to detail.
The eligibility criteria are:
punctuality, being able to work without supervision, excellent use of French and English orally and in writing, comfort with social networks, interpersonal skills and innovation and able to work evenings and sometimes weekends, having a car.
The tasks:
respond to all messages from the clinic including telephone, email and electronic message
responsible for making appointments and paying patients
in charge of the cleanliness and smooth running of the clinic
carry out the clinic washes which are done at my main residence
data entry and accounting in Sage software
and all other related tasks.
A position between 25 and 32 hours per week but the clinic may be closed from time to time, therefore a regular part-time position.
The hourly rate is to be discussed and several social benefits are available including medical and dental insurance and gym membership.
